You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Snafylno.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with others.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. Misrepresentation may result in account termination.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Snafylno provides a platform for users to support streamers through financial contributions tied to challenges and goals.
You agree not to use the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
You may not attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

All contributions made through Snafylno are voluntary. Once a contribution is confirmed and processed, it is generally non-refundable.
Snafylno may charge service fees on transactions. Fee schedules will be clearly displayed before you confirm any transaction.
You are responsible for ensuring you have sufficient funds in your wallet before making contributions.
Snafylno is not responsible for the actions or conduct of streamers. Contributions do not guarantee specific outcomes or behaviors.

Your Snafylno wallet is a digital balance used to facilitate contributions within the platform. It is not a bank account or financial instrument.
Deposits and withdrawals are subject to verification and processing times. We may impose limits on transaction amounts.
We reserve the right to freeze or close wallets suspected of fraudulent activity, pending investigation.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes related to your use of the platform.

All content, branding, and technology on Snafylno are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you create on the platform (such as profile information) but grant us a license to display and distribute it as part of the service.
You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.

Snafylno is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snafylno's total liability for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Snafylno in the twelve months preceding the claim.
This limitation applies to all causes of action, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules, unless prohibited by local law.
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action proceedings.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Remaining wallet balances will be processed according to our withdrawal policy.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these terms, suspected fraud, or as required by law.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
